About Us

Dr. Dhillon and the rest of our veterinary team are dedicated to ensuring that we provide the best possible care for your beloved companions.  We aim to use good preventative health management to keep your pets fit and well, and are committed to being there for you and your animals in a crisis.

We are ALWAYS OPEN!  We welcome walk-in emergencies or transfers from any veterinary hospital and DO NOT CHARGE AN EMERGENCY FEE to be seen by one of our emergency veterinarians.  We have on-site access to whatever your pet may need, from digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy and CT imaging services to an intensive care unit and surgery.

We understand that your pet is an important member of your family and that each pet has it’s own individual needs.  With this in mind, we have built separate waiting areas and consult rooms for cats and small mammals, so that the veterinary visit experience can be kept as stress-free as possible.  We also have several large walk-in kennels to accommodate our larger canine patients during hospitalization and have a dedicated isolation unit for those animals undergoing hospitalization for infectious diseases.

We built this clinic to meet the growing need in Vancouver for a hospital that could offer clients wide ranging veterinary services all provided under one roof.  As our patient, your pet can enjoy the benefit of routine veterinary care, with extended appointment hours to fit YOUR schedule and tailor-made preventative health care plans, alongside emergency or critical care should the need arise.  For those clients coming from out of town or from other practices in the Greater Vancouver area, we are happy to co-ordinate treatment plans with your regular vet, to ensure that your pet receives consistent, quality ongoing medical support.

We take pride in both our patient care and customer service and if your pet is unwell and has to stay with us, we will make time to keep you updated and welcome you to call us to check in at any time.  We will also follow up with you after your loved one has returned home, to make sure that all is going well and to address any concerns that you may have for his or her well-being, so that you feel can feel confident knowing that you have our full support, all day, every day.
