Joyce

Joyce is originally from Manila, Philippines. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University Canada West. Her passion for animals started at a young age when she refused to eat a chicken that was raised in their backyard (much to her parent’s chagrin). She is now channelling her love for all things furry and sometimes feisty, but always fabulous pets at Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency. Having worked in customer service and client management for several years, she is looking forward to being of service to both humans and animals alike.

In her spare time, Joyce likes to explore the great outdoors, where she likes to traverse the peaks and valleys of BC, without running into the not-so-friendly furry creatures in the woods. She is also a member of the Vancouver Venturers Walking Club, exploring BC’s amazing parks and cities one step at a time.
